Ingredients:

  • Greek yogurt (or your favorite yogurt)
  • 1-2 tsp matcha powder (sifted for best results)
  • Strawberries, sliced
  • Blueberries
  • Honey or vanilla extract (optional)
  • Protein powder (optional, for an extra boost!)

How to Make It:

  1. Prep Your Base: Line a baking tray or plate with parchment paper.
