A quick, healthy, and refreshing snack that takes just minutes to make! This low-carb treat is packed with benefits and is perfect for when you’re craving something sweet. Bonus: Keep a stash in the freezer for those ice cream cravings!
Ingredients:
- Greek yogurt (or your favorite yogurt)
- 1-2 tsp matcha powder (sifted for best results)
- Strawberries, sliced
- Blueberries
- Honey or vanilla extract (optional)
- Protein powder (optional, for an extra boost!)
How to Make It:
- Prep Your Base: Line a baking tray or plate with parchment paper.
- Mix It Up: In a bowl, stir together the yogurt, matcha powder, and vanilla extract. For extra flavor, mix in some chopped fruit!
