    Shipping Wholesale Orders

    Order Processing & Shipping
    Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Please allow:

    • 1 – 2 business days for order processing
    • 5 -14 business days for standard shipping delivery

    Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number. A second email with tracking information will be sent when your order ships.

    We currently ship anywhere within the U.S., including U.S. territories. International shipping is not available at this time, but we hope to offer it in the future!

    Where can I find my tracking number?
    When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. If you don’t see it, please check your Spam folder. If you still haven’t received it, contact us at info@holycitymatcha.com.

    What if my order saysDelivered’ but I didn’t receive it?
    Sometimes, orders are marked as “delivered” before they actually arrive. We recommend waiting 48 hours. If your package hasn’t arrived after that time, reach out to us at info@holycitymatcha.com.

    Shipping Address Changes
    Once an order has been placed, the shipping address cannot be changed. However, you can edit your shipping address before placing an order by updating your account details.

    The tea must remain unopened.
