How to prepare

Matcha Preparation Instructions

Ingredients:
• 1-2 tsp Holy City Matcha per 12 oz cup
• ½ cup filtered water (recommended)
• ½ cup milk of choice (oat or almond milk recommended)
• 2-3 tsp agave (optional)

Instructions:
1. Sift 1-2 tsp of matcha powder through a strainer into a matcha bowl or frother cup.
2. Add 6 oz of filtered water and whisk thoroughly until smooth and free of clumps.
3. Once blended into a creamy, smooth consistency, add the milk and agave (optional), whisking again until fully combined.
4. Pour into a 12 oz cup, add ice if desired, and enjoy!

Ideal Temperatures & Tips:
• Always use filtered water when possible, using cold or room-temperature water for cold matcha and 160-170°F water for hot matcha to preserve flavor and nutrients.
